Coal India Recruitment 2024 Application Fees
To submit the application form for Coal India MT Recruitment 2024, candidates belonging to the General/OBC/EWS categories are required to submit non-refundable application fees of Rs. 1180/-. The fees must be only paid through the online mode to the account of CIL, fee credited to any wrong account is not the responsibility of authorities.

Coal India MT Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
It is essential to meet the necessary eligibility terms and conditions to become eligible for Management Trainee posts under Coal India Recruitment 2024. The main parameters which are considered by CIL to determine the candidate’s eligibility is his/her age and qualifications as per the respective disciplines for which they are applying.

Age Limit (As on 30/09/2024)
The age limit for candidates wishing to apply for Management Trainee posts at CIL is 18 to 30 years as on 30th September 2024. Relaxations in the upper age limit are provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories as discussed below:-

Educational Qualifications
Only the candidates possessing the prescribed qualifications as per their respective disciplines become eligible for Management Trainee posts at CIL.

Mining/Civil/Electrical:- Candidates must have a degree in the respective Engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
System:- Recognized 1st Class Degree in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / I.T or any 1st Class Degree with MCA
E&T:- BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
Coal India Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Candidates’ selection for Management Trainee posts for different disciplines is based on the marks scored by them in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2024. The authorities at Coal India Limited prepare a merit list of the candidates based on their marks and then the candidates are shortlisted discipline-wise and category-wise. Selected candidates will then appear for the medical examination.

Coal India MT Salary 2024
Those who successfully clear the selection process for Coal India MT Recruitment 2024 are appointed on a probation period of 1 year. During this probation period, selected candidates will be placed on E-2 grade of Management Trainee posts where they receive a monthly pay of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/-.

After the probation period, candidates are hired for the regular employment terms in the E-3 grade of Management Trainee posts. They receive a monthly pay of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,80,000/- along with Dearness Allowance, HRA, Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Gratituty, etc.
